Mr. Tsotne's introduction to the June 7 2022 guest lecture at STEKOM University was quite long. After giving his brief explanation about the country of Georgia and the city of Tbilisi, Mr. Tsotne gave an explanation about the University of Business and Technology of Georgia. Then Mr. Tsotne began to enter the main material of his lectures.

This activity is part of the implementation of STEKOM University's commitment to increase various international activities in order to realize the vision to become an international-class university. Various international activities carried out by STEKOM University continue from year to year. There are international activities that are sustainable and there are also some international activities that are not sustainable. All types of international activities are accommodated and regulated by the International Department of STEKOM University.

In the guest lecture, Mr. Tsotne delivered lecture material on how to build trust on digital platforms. At the beginning of his introduction, Mr. Tsotne said that his name was quite strange for people outside of Georgia, because the spelling was quite difficult to pronounce. He also displayed a visual estimate of the distance between Semarang and Georgia, which is around 8,500 kilometers. As a courtesy, Mr. Tsotne also gave light questions to the participants. Does Georgia belong to Europe or not? asked Tsutne. In his explanation, Georgia is sometimes mentioned as being in the European region, sometimes mentioned as being in the Asian region, or sometimes mentioned as being in the Caucasus region.

Mr. Tsotne explained that the development of digital trends in each country or region is different.
In the visual appearance of the presentation, it was shown that there is a different classification of digital development in each country. In the classification indicated by Mr. Tsotne, it is shown that there are several countries that are experiencing bottlenecks, some that are experiencing an increase, some that are experiencing readiness, there are also countries that are experiencing great success in the digital world. Georgia is one of the countries that has experienced great success, according to Mr. Tsotne's explanation.

Next, Mr. Tsotne opened questions in his presentation to attract the participants' curiosity. What is the first thing you think of when you hear the word trust? Maybe there are some people who will say that they will believe in close relatives, close friends, close neighbors or so on. Then what is the context of trust in the digital world?

Even spiritually, belief has the meaning of energy that is accumulated due to the opening of feelings; there is a desire, there is an unwillingness, the memory feels stronger, the energy of belief increases and turns into energy of belief, and there is an urge to choose a certain feeling or a certain way. Memories feel stronger (good or bad memories, don't always have to be felt). Then the energy goes to the words that are inside, spoken words, silence, motion, style, assertiveness, or doing something.

In the digital world, trust needs to be built with certain patterns in society to achieve the expected digital goals. If trust can be built properly, various digital products and services can be implemented in society. On the other hand, if digital trust fails to be built properly, then various products and services, no matter how good, are likely to experience rejection in society and can be the main cause of business failure. Therefore, we need to properly study the ins and outs of digital trust and how to build it. In the next article, which still discusses the same international activities, we will present in more detail the ins and outs of trust in the digital world and how to build it so that a digital business will eventually experience great success.
