One of them is a culinary business that includes several cafes in the center of Japan. Ida Hendriyani also has a business in agriculture, specifically health products that are exported to various international markets.

Ida Hendriyani talked about the seven steps to success in starting a business without big capital. The first step is to understand that the business is entirely yours, and you are the real boss. This means that you have full control over your business and don't have to deal with investors or bosses who dictate more.

The second step is to set clear and specific goals. Good goals are the cornerstone of success. Ida Hendriyani emphasizes the importance of having a strong vision for your business. She also suggests that you break down big goals into smaller goals to achieve them gradually.

The third step is to work according to your plan and keep monitoring your progress. Ida Hendriyani emphasizes the importance of discipline in executing the plan and staying focused on your goals.

The fourth step is to work on your business with determination and ambition. Ida Hendriyani shared her personal experience of how she started her business while still a student and continued to strive to achieve her goals.

The fifth step is to build a solid team. Ida Hendriyani talks about the importance of having a team that you can rely on and work together to achieve your business goals.

The sixth step is to expand your network. In business, networking is very important. Ida Hendriyani emphasized the importance of interacting with people in your industry and learning from other successful entrepreneurs.

The last step is to focus on customers rather than investors. Ida Hendriyani underlines that customers are the real source of income in your business. She suggests focusing on customer needs and providing value to them.

In addition, Ida Hendriyani also discussed several business models that can be used, such as the Matchmaker Model, Pay in Advance Model, Subscription Model, Scarcity Model, and Service to Product Model.

Ida Hendriyani closed her presentation with a message to always have a win-win attitude in business and to keep networking. She reminded that it is important to have goals before starting a business and to always work with a customer focus.

The seminar provided valuable insights on how to start a business without investors and how to grow your business smartly and sustainably. It was a valuable opportunity for the seminar participants to learn from the experience and knowledge of Ida Hendriyani as well as the other speakers.
