In 2020 until now, all countries are experiencing a COVID-19 virus pandemic, this has an impact on all aspects of people's lives. Technology is taking over to facilitate the process of daily activities that we usually do physically. So that new products emerge and new ways of living. Education and career development are inseparable from the changes caused by the paradigm shift due to this pandemic.

The University of Science and Computer Technology (STEKOM University) in collaboration with the International Final University in North Cyprus, CECOS University of IT and Emerging Sciences in Pakistan and the Indonesian Teachers Association held an International webinar on 23 January 2021, with the theme “Predictions Of Technology Information – Based Careers in 2021 and the Strategies of Educators and Students to Deal with it.

Dr. Kifayat Ulah said that now, there are 23 million technology developers, "and it is estimated that it will be 28 million in 2023" he added. "This clearly opens up new job opportunities," he explained again. This information can be one of the innovation materials for educators to prepare graduates who are ready to fill new careers in technology that will emerge in the future.

This international webinar event was attended by students, lecturers and teachers who will be directly involved in implementing the strategy of educational institutions in creating superior resources that are ready to change rapidly.
